1970 Travco 270 Commercial Traveler rare two entry doors.  Rear bedroom plan interior new upholstery on all interior furniture.  Driver and passenger seat not done but have fabric.  All new curtains installed and new carpet but is not installed.  All appliances work and new roof air. 6500 onan generator. Two gas tanks one 40 gal one 60 gal saddle tank both in good condition.  Low mileage Chrysler 400 big block motor.  New style fresh water pumps and filters system. Good batteries and all charging systems work well.  All rubber good on old bud rims and good spare tire. New sheet metal in front doorway area ready for carpet. All glass in great shape.  Exterior needs paint and a small amount of body work as some of the gel coat is ruff.  No leaks this unit is dry. I have new caps for the storage doors and all keys work.  The unit needs break work brakes work hard and a power steering pump, pump squeals to be road worthy. This unit is about 75% restored I just do not have the time to invest any longer.  I will take $4,500 for the unit as is. The unit is located in Albany NY and can be seen by appointment.
